We begin by talking about your life, your questions, and what has brought you here. This helps you relax and set a clear intention.


Arrival & Intention



I guide you into a deeply calm state — not sleep, but a natural daydreaming level — so the busy mind can rest and your deeper awareness can come forward.


Guided Relaxation


You are always safe and in control, and you’ll only experience what is helpful for you



Exploration
From this relaxed state, you may experience past-life memories, symbolic imagery, or other experiences your Higher Self chooses to share. These often bring insight into current patterns and challenges.



Higher Self Connection
Your Higher Self — the part of you with the deepest wisdom — is invited to step forward. Many people receive answers, guidance, or healing here.







Integration
You’re gently guided back to full awareness. We ground, reflect, and talk through what arose. You’ll receive a recording to revisit later.
